Payments and Lesson Credits

• Billing will go through on the 1st day of each month, and you must give 30 days' cancelation notice. 
• Unused lesson credits roll over. Please note, you will be billed each month regardless of whether or not you use all of your lessons.
• Any unused lesson credits expire 30 days from the time of membership cancellation.

Scheduling and Cancellation

• You’ll receive a special discount code to schedule unlimited additional lessons at the same special member rate.
• There is a 24-hour cancelation policy for lessons. Lessons canceled within 24 hours of the lesson will be charged at the full rate and the lesson will be forfeited. 
• For members who schedule lessons via our online scheduler:
• To schedule your "member" lesson in advance of your member lesson credit coming through, select "pay later" to hold it with a credit card, and we'll apply the credit to your lesson when your billing goes through. 
• Any additional lessons scheduled in advance that the member credit cannot cover should be paid via the link in the reminder/confirmation emails at least 7 days prior to the lesson.
• If additional scheduled lessons are left unpaid 7 days prior to the lesson, we will charge the member's card on file anytime within 7 days prior to the lesson.
• For members who want us to schedule and hold regular lesson times for them throughout the month:
  • We will check in prior to the 1st of the month to confirm and schedule your times. 
  • Any additional lessons that the member credit cannot cover will be charged to the card on file within 7 days prior to the lesson.

Right of Publicity

By agreeing to my policies, you are agreeing to release your Right of Publicity. In general, I ask before using anyone’s image or video for my social media or marketing; however, I have included this clause in my Terms of Use so that I have this agreement in writing.
