Private Lesson Policies
INTRODUCTION
The https://www.theunlimitedvoice.com/ website (the “Site” and the “Service”) is provided by Little & Ashley, Inc., a California Corporation (“The Unlimited Voice,” “we,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to the Service where they are posted and/or referenced. By using the Service, you accept these Terms. Please read them carefully. By using the Service, you also certify that you are above the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence. If you are under the age of 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
PRIVACY
Any personal information you provide through the Service will be used by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the terms of which are incorporated herein by reference.
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital products offered by The Unlimited Voice, including but not limited to written content, images, videos, audio, and any other intellectual property contained within each product, , are the sole property of The Unlimited Voice. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, or republication of any portion of the course materials is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from The Unlimited Voice.
Only enrolled/subscribed students are allowed to use the digital products for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. Students may not copy, sell, license, exploit, or create derivative works from the materials without prior consent from The Unlimited Voice.
PRIVATE LESSONS / COACHING
Private lessons are offered in 25-minute or 50-minute durations for voice lessons, songwriting, and/or production coaching, and can only be scheduled after either purchasing a lesson package or program or a drop-in lesson.
LESSON / COACHING PACKAGES AND PROGRAM
Lesson packages and programs for singers and speakers consist of more than one private session in 50 or 25-minute duration with Annie Little, Marcus Ashley, Elishea Reeves, or Alexandra Pengler, hereafter referred to as “Instructors,” and are available with the option to pay in full when purchasing or via a payment plan. The number of sessions and session expiration dates are stated in the package description listed when purchasing.
If you choose to use a payment plan, you are committing to the number of payments listed when purchasing the package or program. Pausing of payments is also not allowed.
All lessons purchased in a package or program should be scheduled upon purchase. See the Scheduling & Cancellation section for the policy on how to reschedule your lessons.
SCHEDULING & CANCELLATION
Lessons are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. While we provide support and monitor the Student’s progress, it is the Student’s (or their guardian’s) responsibility to schedule their lessons. Private lessons can be scheduled on the scheduling page or by contacting The Unlimited Voice Team at [email protected].
Lessons may be canceled or rescheduled via the following mechanisms: cancelation or rescheduling section on the 1) Acuity app, 2) via the link in your lesson confirmation/reminder email (available up to 24 hours before your appointment), or 3) an email to [email protected], or 4) phone call or text to 323-251-5467.
If we receive your cancellation request more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, you may reschedule your lesson. If we receive your cancellation request within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, or if you do not contact us to cancel your lesson or you do not show up for your scheduled lesson, you will be charged the full rate for the lesson or forfeit any lesson credit applied to the lesson. 48 hours' notice is greatly appreciated.
Please arrive on time for all scheduled lessons. Lessons will end at their scheduled time, regardless of the time of your arrival.
This policy applies to all types of sessions.
PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
It is the Student's (or their guardian’s) responsibility to ensure that their registered card is valid and has sufficient funds for billing.
If an Instructor has to cancel a pre-paid lesson for any reason, and that lesson cannot be rescheduled to the satisfaction of both parties, the cost will be applied toward a future lesson. Refunds are not available.
All sales, for any type of service or product, are final and non-refundable.

RIGHT OF PUBLICITY
By entering this Agreement, you immediately grant The Unlimited Voice the unrestricted, worldwide, royalty‐free right to use, reproduce, publish, and otherwise distribute your name, photograph, video presence, personal story, and/or likeness (collectively, “Likenesses”) in advertising and in The Unlimited Voice promotional materials, in any and all formats, platforms or other media or social media now existing or hereafter created, and you hereby waive all claims for remuneration for such use and you release and forever discharge The Unlimited Voice from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of Likenesses. This authorization may be canceled at any time (for purposes of future use only) by contacting The Unlimited Voice by email at [email protected].
MODIFICATION
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the Service after we post any such modifications, you accept the modified Terms.
